Description of Cuvée "Das Phantom"
Dark garnet-red marriage of Blaufränkisch, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah; interestingly layered nose with hints of wild berries, cranberries and dark cherries; deli-cate roasted aromas from 18-month aging in small oak barrels; the palate reveals an elegant cassis fruit full of finesse; mouthfilling and lingering on the finish.
