The nose is enticed by a tender Sauvignon bouquet with allusions of mature currants and elderflowers. This enticement is completed, when whiffs of roasting flavours with scents of vanilla and hazelnut are detected. One is charmed already and gently leads the glass to ones lips. Then the wine disperses in the mouth, where it develops its full individuality, its abundance and complexity and finally enfolds the tongue tenderly in a creamy sensation.
The wine proves to be a perfect representative of this cultivar. A delicate woody flavour, the result of a ten-months' maturation, has mingled with the wine as it were a perfect match. This harmony and balance continue for a long time and keep up the fascination that the wine expresses its full individual presence from the first to the last sip.
