Description of 2005 Oui
Our 2005 Oui is the best yet. A dry rosé made from fully ripe fruit, the 2005 blend closely resembles the great Rhône rosés. It's a delicate salmon-pink in color, with vibrant strawberry and plum flavors, set off by a bit of spice (is it ginger?) in the nose. Sufficiently complex and elegant in flavor and style to impress rosé skeptics, a simple pleasure for the rest of us. Appellation: Placer County.
