Description of 2005 Estate Shiraz
A deep dark rich complex wine with spicy peppery flavours make this a classic cool climate Shiraz. This wine is young and will develop a lot in the bottle over the next year or so before maturing slowly over the next 4 - 5 years. Goes beautifully with grilled meats, eg Osso bucco, spicy dishes and curries. Ideal serving temperature: 16 - 18 oC
