Description of Charbay Cabernet Sauvignon 2003
Charbay wines are known for having good aroma, rich body and always a smooth finish. The elegance comes from good fruit, traditional European winemaking techniques and barrel aging in french oak until Miles & Marko feel it is ready to bottle. The family picks which vineyard the fruit will come from when the season has been good. They did not make wine in 2000 or 2002.
