Description of Colline Novaresi DOC Barbera “Belvedere della Zoina”
Vine: Barbera 100% Medium yield: 50 hl/hectare. Vineyard exposure: partly south and partly west. Ageing: 12 months in small oak barrels followed by an aging in bottle. The Barbera is distinguished by its purple with ruby hints, The flavour is dry, soft and full with a fund of vanilla and ripe fruit.
