Description of Don Laurindo Brut Sparkling Wine
It is made from Chardonnay and Riesling grapes through the champenoise method(bottle fermentation). It is straw-yellow colored with greenish hues, long perlage with fine bubbles. It shows developed fruity aroma. In the mouth it has balanced acidity and body with refreshing and pleasant finish. It is advisable to drink it young within 3 years. Optimum serving temperature 5º to 8ºC Ideal for all kinds of celebrations, it can also be served as an aperitif at the main meals.
