Description of Cabernet Sauvignon
We only produce approx 1 barrique (220L) of this wine per year. Aged in French oak for 2 years, and bottle aged for up to another 2 years before release. Dominant characters are black currant (cassis) and mulberry, but seasonal variations always make our Cab/Sauv. interesting. Enjoy with a good beefsteak.
