Description of Montage
Palmara Montage is a blend incorporating 3 varieties. 75% Ehrenfeltzer, 20% Semillon, 5% Sauvignon Blanc. I believe this is a unique blend and a new taste sensation, not pretending to be riesling, but of similar style. Enjoyable on its own or with lighter meals eg. summer salads., especially Tasmanian atlantic salmon.
