The name Noble Reserve easily allows you to guess the contents of this bittersweet wine. The “noble” and bittersweet character of this wine inspired its name. The term “Reserve” indicates the careful selection undertaken to allow the grapes to ripen slowly and gently. Noble Reserve is an excellent companion to fois gras and patés, as well as fruits and particular sweets.
With particularly spicy dishes, Noble Reserve’s fruit sweetness helps to reduce the burning sensation.
Our Noble Reserve 2001 received 90 points from the Wine Spectator journal and was awarded the Bronze Medal at the International Wine Challenge in 2003.
