This wine is produced by a traditional method of fermentation; after one night (12 hours) of maceration of the juice and the skin, the juice is separated and vinified at low temperature in order to preserve aroma and elegance.
Grape variety include Grenache, Mourvedre, Carignan and Cinsault. Delicate rose color with reflexion of orange. Intense and fruity nose. Full in mouth without aggression. Complex, fine and long lasting in mouth.
To be drank chilled as an aperitif with a large variety of salads, all sorts of Italian plates, cold-cut meats, red meat and Lebanese mezzes.
