Description of Callas
White still wine from Malvasia di Candia Aromatica 100% grapes. Aged for 6 months in steel. Straw yellow colour. Wide and strong nose, with balsamic notes. Good and balanced palate with a soft structure. Together with old seasoned hams and “Culatello di Zibello”. Excellent together with tasty fishes, crustaceans/shellfishes and fois gras.
