Description of Nabucco
Still red wine, from a blend of Barbera (70%) and Merlot (30%). Aged for 1 year in French oak barriques and for other 12 months in bottle. Ruby red colour with violaceous reflections. Nose: wide and strong, with red fruits, liquorice and underwood. Palate: great structure, flowery with soft and silky tannins. Persistent and elegant ending. Together with: red meats, roast meat and Parmesan cheese.
