Description of Monte delle Vigne Rosso
Still red wine, blend of Barbera (70%) and Bonarda (30%).
Ruby red colour with violaceous reflections.
Nose: wide and strong, with red fruits, liquorice and underwood.
Palate: of a good structure, flowery with soft and silky tannins.
Together with first dishes of “pasta ripiena”, boiled meat, roast meat and Parmigiano Reggiano.
