Description of Lambrusco Selezione
Red sparkling wine, from Lambrusco Maestri 100% grapes. Ruby red colour with violaceous reflections. Nose: wide and winy with red fruits, sour cherry, cherry and soft fruits. Palate: good structure, with a long ending. Together with: pig sausages like cotechino (large boiled pork sausage), zampone (pig’s trotter stuffed with minced pork meat and spices), meat sauces.
