Description of Malvasia Selezione Colli di Parma DOC
White sparkling wine, from Malvasia di Candia aromatica grapes (100%). Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Nose: it offers a strong bouquet, with flowery and fruity notes, enriched with almonds, apricot, peach and white flowers. Palate: fresh, tasty and elegant with characteristic aroma and aromatic persistence. Together with: recommended still young, with risotti, Parma ham and Culatello.
