Description of Malvasia Dolce Selezione
Sweet, sparkling white wine, from Malvasia di Candia aromatica 100%. Straw yellow colour. Nose: strong and intense enriched with flowery and fruity notes, with peach. Palate: of a strong equilibrium, with long and pleasant ending. Together with: pastries, cakes with almonds or traditional cakes like panettone (typical Christmas cake from Milan) and colomba (Easter cake baked in the shape of a dove).
