Description of Sauvignon Colli di Parma DOC
Sparkling white wine, from Sauvignon Blanc grapes (100%). Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Nose: with apple smell/scent, tomatoes and pepper leaves. Palate: elegant, it leaves sensations of fresh acidità and softness. Together with: aperitif wine, it is recommended with fish aperitifs (even uncooked), excellent throughout the meal.
