Description of Rosso Colli di Parma DOC
Sparkling red wine, blend of Barbera (75%) and Bonarda (25%). Ruby red colour with violaceous reflections and good fermentation. Nose: flowery / fruity with sour cherry and mulberry. Palate: good and soft structure. Ending of sweet red fruits with a savoury final. Together with first dishes of stuffed pasta (“pasta ripiena”), boiled meat, roast meat and Parmigiano Reggiano.
