Description of Rubina
Spumante Brut Rosè, from Barbera grapes (100%). Tenuous pink colour with bright reflections. Nose: intense, fragrant with red fruits’s smell/scent. Palate: dry and elegant, with a great balance and softness and with a fruity, clear and persistent ending. Together with: structured aperitif wine, and excellent throughout the meal. Recommended like appetizer with Parma ham or Culatello.
